Returns & Exchanges
To start your return process, go to our Order Returns page or click on the Returns & Exchanges link in the footer.
You can either choose between a store credit that'll be valid for 2 years or an exchange for a different size, which depends on availability. We do NOT provide refunds for returns.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order delivery.
We request you to return the products in their original packaging and with tags.
Please note that we will NOT accept return of products that have been used, laundered or customer damaged. Furthermore, we do not process return and exchange requests for items purchased on sale.
The cost of delivery for the initial order is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of the return pick-up and the delivery of the exchange order to you within India.
If you want to exchange an order for the second time, we'll cover the costs of the return pick-up but will charge Rs 100 for shipping of the exchange order.
Please allow up to 2 business days for returns & exchanges to be processed once we receive the request. After that, the pick-up and return to our warehouse might take up to 14 business days.
Unless your product is damaged or defective, we do not provide refunds, only store credit.
After the pick-up of the return item, we will issue the store credit or ship the exchange order within 3 business days of receiving the return to our warehouse.
The store credit will be valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
You can see your available store credit in your account once you login, and also during checkout if you use the same email address.
Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges for international orders at the moment due to the high cost (& footprint) of shipments and reverse duties & taxes too.

We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed and handed over to a third-party carrier for shipping. Please make sure all information is correct before completing your order.
You can find all details such as fabric and style information as well as measurements for each size on each product page itself.
Unfortunately, our supply chain doesn’t allow for customized orders. We also don’t alter products but we can certainly advise whether and how products can be altered. Email us at betty@nonasties.in and we’ll do our best to help you out.
When we began our journey, we launched sizes ranging all the way from XXS to XXXL and we still do host these on our website till date, albeit not in every single product. The challenge we faced with sizing was that the extreme ends of this spectrum hardly ever made it out of our warehouse and hence couldn't effectively be part of the circular closet with 0% wastage, which we are working hard to build and maintain for each piece we produce. And hence, to minimise this waste, we now choose limited pieces in a specific range of sizes, with the goal of being progressively more size-inclusive as we see more demand for the same.
Wash less and wash smart: Colours and whites separate, cold wash, line dry or tumble dry on low heat.
Note: Hand-washing is not needed, and in our experience, could be MORE damaging to the garments. Our own wardrobes are mostly No Nasties clothes, and we always machine wash in a cold cycle - it works just fine.

For domestic orders within India you can pay via debit or credit card, UPI, Wallets, Net Banking or Cash on Delivery.
For International orders, you can pay via credit card and Paypal, where applicable.

Shipping within India
- Above ₹2000, shipping is free.
- Below ₹2000, we charge ₹100 for standard shipping.
- Priority Shipping is available at ₹200.
Most of our shipments are sent via Delhivery (Regular Shipping) or Bluedart (Priority Shipping).
For remote destinations, we ship via India Post.
Standard & Free Shipping: Orders placed will be shipped within 3 business days from our Goa warehouse. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 7 business days of shipping. For other areas, the products will be shipped through India Post and may take 2-3 weeks depending on location.
Priority shipping: Orders placed with priority shipping will be shipped on the next business day by air from our Goa warehouse. For metro cities, the products will likely be delivered within 2-3 business days from the day of shipment.
During checkout, you can choose between standard and priority shipping. Standard shipping happens via road and takes 5-10 days. With priority shipping, we ship via air and the products should reach within 2-3 days. This costs ₹200 per order.

2) Your order fulfilment details when your order is shipped. This will include the tracking information as well.

At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control (for which No Nasties is not liable.) Just message us though, and we'll look into it right away to track down your order.
International Shipping
International shipping charges depend on the destination. Once you add your complete shipping address at check out, you will be able to see the shipping fee that will apply to your order.

We typically ship via India Post (the government postal service).
For USA:
Below Rs.25,000 (roughly $275) from the USA is duty & tax free! No extra charges.
Above that, you may be asked to pay duties and taxes by your Customs department.
For other countries:
Your destination country MAY charge taxes and/or duties on goods shipped to you from abroad.
If you are shopping from UK, EU or Australia, you will almost certainly get charged by your country (not us!)
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact your local postal service or Customs office if you have any queries on additional charges for your country.
We are not able to determine import taxes with 100% accuracy, as they depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the country of shipping destination and product price.
You can get an idea about the approximate costs for taxes & duties in your country here.
All orders are typically shipped within 3 business days from our Goa warehouse via the postal service.
Orders typically reach you within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination.
We cannot guarantee this delivery time though, as it depends on how efficient your country’s Customs agents and your local postal service are.
After you have placed your order, you’ll receive two emails and WhatsApp messages : first with your order confirmation and second with your order fulfilment details when your order is shipped. This will include the tracking information as well.
Please note that tracking is LIMITED with the postal service, but your order will get there. We have seen a 99% success rate for deliveries and are happy to use these service for all our international orders and pass on the cost savings to you.
